Events Page

Introduction

These Event Rules govern participation in contests, competitions, giveaways, community challenges, tournaments, design events, promotional activities and other official Fight My Monster ("FMM") events.

Additional event-specific rules may apply to individual events. Where event-specific rules conflict with these Event Rules, the event-specific rules will take precedence for that event.

In the event of any conflict between these Event Rules and Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

By participating in an event, you agree to comply with these Event Rules, the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and any additional requirements communicated by the Fight My Monster team.

Submission Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring submissions:

  • Meet all format requirements.
  • Are submitted before the deadline.

By submitting content, participants represent and warrant that they own the submission or possess the necessary rights, permissions and authority to submit it and grant any licences described in these Event Rules.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content

Individual events may allow, restrict or prohibit the use of AI-generated content.

Unless an event specifically states otherwise:

We reserve the right to substitute, modify, delay, replace or cancel rewards where necessary.

Rewards generally have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to revoke rewards obtained through rule violations discovered after an event has concluded.

Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations or other costs associated with rewards unless otherwise stated by Fight My Monster.

Winner Selection

Winners may be determined through voting, judging, random selection, event performance or other methods described by the event.

Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility before rewards are distributed.

Winners may be announced through official Fight My Monster services and may need to respond within a stated timeframe to claim rewards.

If a winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to verify eligibility or declines a reward, Fight My Monster may select an alternative winner or withhold the reward.

Where ties occur, additional judging criteria, tie-break procedures or team review may be used.

Event Schedules and Deadlines

All event dates, deadlines, schedules and timelines are subject to change.

The Fight My Monster team may extend deadlines, reopen submissions, shorten timelines or adjust schedules where reasonably necessary.

Event Cancellation or Modification

Fight My Monster may cancel, suspend, postpone, modify or terminate an event where necessary due to technical issues, operational requirements, legal concerns, abuse, insufficient participation or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
